BELCO Horizontal Multistage NCH Series is a non-self priming pump set axial suction and vertical radial delivery type with threaded ports. The parts that are being used in water, like the impellers, diffuser and shafts are made of non corrosion resistant parts. The pump and motor are connected with a single drive shaft to eliminate any transmission loss. Self lubricated bearings ensure noiseless operation. ‘O’ rings and gaskets used in the pump are of High Quality , they prevent leakages at the intermediate casing during high pressure , Mechanical Seals of these pumps are made up of ceramic and carbon graphite to ensure reliability and easy replacement.

BELCO NCH Multistage Pump set are powered by a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled A.C Induction Motor suitable for continuous duty.

Motor Stator is made of Low Watt loss steel laminations assembled under pressure and rigidly locked in frame.
Dynamically balanced rotor ensures noise and vibration free operations.

Shaft is made up of quality Stainless steel. The stamping used in the Electric motor is of Silicon material and Wire winding is of copper.

Construction of the BELCO : NCH SERIES  horizontal multistage pump set is with usage of quality raw material and manufactured in state of the art facility .

Thermal Overload protector is incorporated in single phase motors, the pump requires an adequate motor protection and control panel.
